These Terms of Use ("ToS") govern your use of the Bobrcoin platform, including the website, Telegram mini-app, and any related games, products, or services provided by the Bobrcoin team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the Bobrcoin ecosystem ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old.
  • You have read and accepted these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are under the age of 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction), you must review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Platform Access and Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Sell, lease, or sublicense access to the Platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the Platform’s services.
  • Use automated systems (e.g. bots) to exploit the Platform.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Exploit bugs, use hacks, or engage in unauthorized automation.
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
  • Use offensive or discriminatory language.
  • Create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulation or abuse.

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or permanent ban of your account without notice.

4. Rewards and Bobrcoin Token

Users may earn the Bobrcoin token ("BOBR") for completing actions such as quizzes, social media engagement, and participation in in-game activities (e.g. collecting "wood" in our Telegram game).

  • There is no guarantee of the value or liquidity of the BOBR token.
  • Tokens may be used within the Platform and may be subject to future exchange or utility.
  • You understand that participation does not guarantee rewards and that rewards may change at our discretion.

5. In-Game Purchases

We may introduce optional in-game purchases such as cosmetic skins for characters (e.g. beavers) using either earned tokens (wood) or Telegram Stars. These purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, design, branding, visuals, and text on the Platform are owned by the Bobrcoin team. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our permission.
  • Use our branding or assets in a misleading or unauthorized way.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Bugs, service interruptions, or data loss.
  • Loss of earned tokens or in-game progress.
  • Damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Change or remove features at any time.
  • Update or modify these Terms of Use without prior notice.
  • Terminate or suspend access to the Platform for any reason.

Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
